We are looking for a dynamic Risk and Security Manager (part-time or full-time) to join our fast-growing team. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, your role is key to build robust security and risk management frameworks and processes to support Neterium’s business growth. You will work closely with all the teams to gain knowledge in all aspects of the financial crime prevention business. Role includes:
- Support and further develop our risk management processes
- Support and further develop our security management processes
- Facilitate the ISO27001 and SOC2 Type 2 certification and attestation processes
- Work with Neterium’s internal and external security auditors
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure sound development of new service features and updates
- Support our business development team in addressing our clients’ questions on security and risk management
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in the security and risk management fields
Your skills and experience
- Demonstrated risk and/or security management experience
- Relevant experience with ISO27001 and/or SOC2 methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Aptitude for understanding technologies, AI and cloud environments
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Mandatory: Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
- Experience in international organizations and/or in companies offering mission-critical services is an additional asset
